Privacy Policy

YanaTips is a football predictions and information app that provides daily match predictions, live match updates, head-to-head stats, league standings, and premium VIP picks. The app offers a free tier supported by Google AdMob advertisements, as well as a paid VIP subscription for access to exclusive predictions and features.

The app does not facilitate, promote, or encourage any form of betting, gambling, or financial wagering.

YanaTips uses Supabase as its backend platform for secure user authentication and data storage. Your email and username are stored on Supabase-managed servers with industry-standard encryption and security practices.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at yanatips.app@gmail.com. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed.

YanaTips offers a paid VIP subscription that unlocks premium predictions and exclusive features, in addition to a Free tier available at no cost. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing. We do not process payments directly and never see or store your payment card details.

To activate and maintain your VIP subscription, we store a subscription identifier provided by Google Play, along with your subscription status and expiration date. This information is used solely to verify your subscription is valid and to determine when it expires or needs renewal. Purchasing VIP requires a registered account; guest accounts cannot subscribe, since a subscription must remain recoverable if you change devices.

Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Google Play account settings.

The free tier of YanaTips is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings under Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.

AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We also use the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This shares limited data — such as your device's advertising identifier and app events like account registration or VIP subscription purchase — with Meta, so we can understand which ads led to app installs or subscriptions. This does not include your email, username, or password. You can limit this in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).

Meta's data practices are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their data practices.

If you use the Tipsters community feature, we store your virtual Points balance, prediction coupons, comments, and Leaderboard ranking as part of your account data. Points are a virtual, in-app metric only — they have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any real-world prize.

• ✓Public visibility — your username, Points balance, coupon picks, and Leaderboard rank may be visible to other users of the community feature
• ✓No real-money transactions — this feature does not involve any payment, wager, or financial transaction of any kind

YanaTips is intended for users aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account and data will be promptly deleted.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share anonymous and aggregated data (never personally identifiable information) with analytics or advertising partners solely to improve the app.

Personal data may be disclosed only if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement technical and organizational measures including:

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request full deletion of your data at any time by emailing yanatips.app@gmail.com. Anonymous usage and analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
